Welcome your Sunday with intention, movement, and ocean energy at Surf Yoga, a grounding morning practice led by renowned Pilates and yoga instructor Sarah Rose Sellars. Designed for surfers, ocean lovers, and anyone craving a deeper connection to their body and breath, this 2-hour session blends surf-specific mobility, mindful flow, and restorative breathwork to set the tone for a perfect day at the Festival.

Held beachside as Noosa comes alive for the morning swell, Sarah will guide you through dynamic sequences that improve flexibility, enhance balance, and strengthen the muscles essential for surfing longevity. Whether you’re preparing for a heat, recovering from the week, or simply seeking a rejuvenating start to your Sunday, Surf Yoga offers an accessible, feel-good practice suitable for all levels.

Each session is supported by our friends at Coffee Supreme, who will be brewing up post-practice coffees so you can ease into the day feeling nourished, awakened, and connected.

With limited spots and only two sessions available, this calm-yet-energising experience is set to be one of the Festival’s most popular wellness events. Bring your mat, bring a friend, and roll into your Sunday with movement, mindfulness, and the magic of Noosa’s coastline.
