Terms and Conditions – Ampd Bros E-Bike Giveaway
1. Promoter
This competition is conducted by the Noosa Festival of Surfing in partnership with Ampd Bros.
2. Prize
The prize is one (1) green Chubbie V3 Electric Beach Cruiser by Ampd Bros with surfboard rack.
(1) Limited edition Ampd × Emery Retro Bay Bolt Twin Fin 5’10 surf board.
(1) Ampd Bros beach towel
3. Competition Dates
- Opening Date: 5 November 2025
- Closing Date: 22 March 2026 at 16:00 PM AEST
No entries will be accepted outside of these dates.
4. Eligibility
- Open to Australian residents aged 16 years and over.
- Festival staff, contractors, and immediate family members of the promoter are ineligible to enter.
- Surfing Competitors in the 2026 Noosa Festival of Surfing may receive multiple entries as outlined below.
5. Entry Conditions
- General public: Maximum of one (1) entry per person.
- Registered surfing competitors: One (1) entry per division entered during official event registration period only.
- Entries must be submitted via official registration forms, competition kiosks, or approved digital entry methods used by the Noosa Festival of Surfing (such as QR codes)
6. Prize Display & Test Rides
The prize bike will be on display throughout the 2026 Noosa Festival of Surfing. Test rides may be offered at designated times and locations at the discretion of the promoters.
7. Winner Selection & Announcement
The winner will be randomly drawn and announced at the Beach Bar, Noosa, on Sunday 22 March 2026, following the final award ceremonies at approx 6pm.
- The winner must be present or contactable at the time of the announcement.
- If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
8. Verification
The promoter reserves the right to verify identity, age, and eligibility prior to awarding the prize. Invalid or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
9. Prize Collection
The winner is responsible for arranging collection or delivery of the prize in consultation with Ampd Bros. Any transport or shipping costs are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise agreed.
10. Privacy
By entering, participants consent to their name and contact details being used for promotional purposes related to the competition, the Noosa Festival of Surfing and Ampd Bros.
11. Liability
The promoter accepts no responsibility for:
- Late, lost, or misdirected entries
- Any injury, loss, or damage incurred in connection with entering or using the prize
Use of the bike is at the winner’s own risk.
12. Changes & Cancellations
The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
13. Acceptance of Terms
Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
