On Thursday 19 March, the Noosa Festival of Surfing presents something truly extraordinary: Piano on the Point! A world-first entertainment experience that transforms the Noosa Beach Bar into an open-air piano lounge, right on the sand.
From 3pm, the Beach Bar takes on a whole new energy as acclaimed pianist Brett Orr performs live from a grand piano placed at the heart of the bar, surrounded 360° by festival-goers. With waves lapping nearby, drinks in hand, and the sun setting over the points, this is coastal cinema in real time.
Styled like a Balinese or European beach club, with luxe furnishings, handcrafted cocktails, and ice-cold beers on tap, this one-night-only event captures everything Noosa is about: laid-back beauty, connection, and magic moments by the sea.
This will be a packed one, and space around the piano is limited. We recommend arriving early to soak it all in. You’ve never seen a piano bar like this before.
