The Noosa Festival of Surfing – Pre-Festival Gala Community Evening

Terms & Conditions

By participating in the 2025 Noosa Festival of Surfing Gala Community Evening, each participant agrees to abide by the following terms & conditions:

1. The Event Organisers are Gosea Pty Ltd (ABN 19 142 424 575) trading as World Surfaris Events and Event Generals Pty Ltd (ABN 77 662 642 999) as joint managers of the Noosa Festival of Surfing (under licence from the Noosa Malibu Club). 
2. There are 3 main aspects to the Gala Community Evening –
   1. 2.1.There is a Sponsorship Opportunity that offers any business/entity the possibility of becoming a top level Strategic Partner for the 2025 Noosa Festival of Surfing. To participate in what will be a random draw for Strategic Sponsor for the 2025 Noosa Festival Of Surfing, the business/entity must purchase a business/entity ticket for $1,500 + gst via Humantix. Purchase of the business/entity ticket comes with 2 personal tickets for the Evening. Additional personal tickets may also be purchased (see point 3.2 below). The Noosa Festival of Surfing Presenting Sponsor package is valued at $75,000.

1. 2.2.There is a Networking Opportunity that offers anyone a fabulous night of fun, frivolity & refreshments with like-minded people. To participate in this aspect of the Evening, one must purchase a personal ticket for $150 + gst via Humantix.

1. 2.3.There is a Fund Raising aspect that relates to a portion of the funds raised being donated to the newly incorporated registered charity Pink Nose Revolution Australia (PNRA name subject to final confirmation by authorities). The charter of PNRA is Generational Gender Based Violence and Inequality Change.

1. The Sponsorship Opportunity is open to any business/entity that has a registered Australian ABN number (participants do not need to be registered for GST).
2. Full details of the Sponsorship package are available below. The Sponsorship winner is not required to provide any further cash funding unless it wishes to obtain additional services and/or exposure that is outside the Sponsor package
3. The Networking opportunity is open to any individual who wishes to attend & purchases a ticket to do so.
4. The Gala Community Evening will be held on Thursday 21 November 2024 at the Sofitel, 14-16 Hastings Street Noosa from 6pm to 9pm. Dress code is smart casual.
5. At the Gala Community Evening, a range of beverages & continuous finger food will be provided. The draw for the major Sponsorship package will take place at around 8.15pm. An authorised representative of the winning business/entity must be present to claim the prize. If no such authorised representative is present on the evening, the prize will be redrawn as many times as may be needed until it is claimed.
6. The random drawing of the winning business is the sole responsibility of the Noosa Festival of Surfing, whose decision on the winning business/entity is final. No correspondence will be entered into about the drawing of the winner.
7. Participants agree that winning the Sponsorship prize does not necessarily bestow automatic rights to product participation (if applicable) in any part of the Noosa Festival of Surfing. For example, the Festival has existing contractual arrangements with a beverage sponsor for the 2025 Beach Bar, which takes precedence.
8. Entities directly associated with the staging of the Noosa Festival of Surfing and the Gala Community Evening are ineligible to enter the draw for Presenting Sponsor. Those entities include but are not limited to World Surfaris Events, Event Generals, Noosa Malibu Club Inc, Noosa Shire Council, Tourism Noosa, Tourism & Events Queensland, Gage Roads, Flip Creative, Surfing Australia (& all State Branches), The Sofitel Noosa and the World Surf league (WSL).
9. The closing date for entries is 5pm on Friday 8 November 2024.

Top-Level Strategic Sponsor Package Inclusions:

• Placed as a “Strategic Partner” of the 2025 Noosa Festival of Surfing
• Official Press Release announcing our partnership distributed across owned and media partners channels
• Priority signage throughout event and at partnering venues
• Tagged in every single social media post between Dec 2024 – Apr 2025 as a ‘Strategic Partner’
• Complimentary access to ticketed events
• Frequent PA announcements and recognition as a major sponsor of the NFOS
• Prime logo placement across all print and digital media (some exclusions apply)
• Activation opportunities (such as giveaways to drive data acquisition)
• Opportunity to present awards, and appear as a guest on our commentary panel
• Dedicated segment on our legacy YoutTube Series ‘ON-POINT’
• 1x private lounge booking for up to 10 guests of your choice (2 hour booking)
• Imagery & video shared with your business at the conclusion of the Festival
• Additional advertising opportunities may become available.
