Noosa Civic is the premium shopping destination on the northern end of the Sunshine Coast. The Centre serves Noosa and surrounding areas and is ideally positioned in the region’s central business district, less than 10 minutes from Noosa’s famous Hastings street, and just 16 minutes East of the M1. With Big W, Woolworths and 100 specialty stores including a homemaker offer and business/commercial precinct, the Centre is the first choice for locals who enjoy the relaxed, single level shopping experience.
Noosa Civic opened on October 12th 2006 with majors Woolworths and Big W and 100 specialty stores. The Centre featured an ideal mix of local boutiques and major national brands and for the first time provided locals with access to a one stop shopping destination that included a full line discount department store.
The Centre still maintains this retailer mix adding to its national and boutique brands each year with retailer additions including W.Lane, Sportsgirl, Adairs, Rockwear, Connor, City Beach, Bras n Things, and Cotton On.

Noosa Civic Sustainability
Noosa Civic has a number of environmental initiatives in place to ensure minimal impact on the environment.
Free Grounds for your Garden
We’ve teamed up with Donut King, Jamaica Blue, Muffin Break and The Coffee Club to provide free used coffee grounds for your garden. Help us reduce our environmental footprint and keep these used coffee grounds out of landfill, and you’ll make your plants happy too! You can pick up a bag of used coffee grounds in front of Lorna Jane.
Bio retention basins
Twelve permanent environmental areas are set aside in our car park. These gardens, or bio retention basins, filter car park pollutants before they enter the nearby natural habitat.
Rubbish bins at Noosa Civic have been converted to include a recycling option. This significantly reduces general waste being dumped at landfill, recycling it instead.
Cardboard recycling bins are located in strategic locations around the Centre and are available to all tenancies. 113 tonnes of cardboard is recycled from the Centre annually.
Rainwater reuse program
A 675,000 litre underground water storage tank has been installed and connected to provide water to the public conveniences and air conditioning within the Centre, reducing previous consumption of the town water supply.
Business management system
Our updated building management system provides real time monitoring and control of energy consumed by air conditioning and lighting.
