Noosa Festival of Surfing Daily beach clean-ups
Come take a stroll on Noosa Main Beach with us every afternoon of the festival and help keep our Noosa biosphere beautiful.
The Noosa Festival of Surfing beach clean-ups are hosted in partnership with Plastic Free Noosa, and are to be held every morning during the festival from Saturday 4th March.
Visit the Plastic Free Noosa marquee in the Sustainability Hub at Festival Village from 5:00pm daily to join in the fun while helping to keep our Biosphere beautiful!
SUSTAINABILITY PLEDGE:
The Noosa Festival of Surfing is focused on the protection of the pristine and iconic Noosa World Surfing Reserve.
The Festival recognises that its event, management activities and operations, both on the beach and in the water, have the potential to negatively impact our environment, which is why they are committed to continually improve their sustainable performance through annual benchmarking.
The Festival is working towards achieving Plastic Free Champion status again in 2023 and they will be encouraging nearby businesses to also take important steps to plastic free operations along the way.
Other community partners and supporters helping with the beach clean-up events include Tourism Noosa, Noosa Malibu Club, GemLife, Varuna Surf, Hydro Flask and Noosa World Surfing Reserve.
